Our Pet Policy

Everyone knows that the love of a furry companion brightens the day of their owners and anyone one else lucky enough to be around. So, in order to keep that healthy smile on faces at GenCare Lake City at Remington Place small pets are allowed as roommates. We take pride in being a pet-friendly retirement community.

• Cats and small dogs are allowed
• A one-time pet fee is required
• Dogs must be 35lbs. or less
• Pets must be comfortable with community living
